Fellowship of the Traveling Pod Needed (too much stuff!)

Hey there,
It's been a while since we've hosted a Propeller Expo at Parallax. As a result of the lack of events and a huge office remodel we've accumulated way too much electronic excess inventory.
The next big event at Parallax will be the Propeller 2 Early Adopter's Seminar, a two day course around our FPGA board and the Propeller core. The date for that event will be scheduled when we have the working FPGA board (this depends on Daniel at the moment, not Chip).
Until then, we're amassing far too many electronic components around here. I really need Chris and Co. to start up the "Fellowship of the Traveling Pod: a container that you load/unload into your garage". I literally have enough parts to fill a quarter of a Pod right now. A small sampling is shown below.
Last week our office was raided by Whisker and Addie, Roy Eltham, Tim Ballas, Joe Grand and Parker. They walked out with full arms and we still have too many parts laying around!
Guess I'm just chumming the waters and giving you another great reason to come to Parallax for the Propeller 2 Early Adopter Seminar!

The County Fair is coming up in August....got anything equine, bovine or porcine related??? Parallax doesn't have many Animal Husbandry related App notes from what I recall!!
Or just keep it in the shipping area and toss an item or two into each of the outgoing boxes.
Yeah, those are nice - but why can't they be stocked and sold?
For that matter, set them aside to be sold as part of a kit to make a robot featured in a future article. I could specify all Parallax parts, you guys (Ken) could build up 50 kits and sell them if & when people order them. One disappointment I have been forced to accept is that most people will not build anything unless they can click and order a complete kit. Nobody savors hunting down the parts like I do... They have more dollars than sense, IMHO!
Hello!
Well Ken you do I am still waiting on your next box from your home workshop. So why not bundle together two boxes containing stuff largely at random from both places. Simply use the information from our off-list discussion regarding method of transportation, to send everything to me.
Incidentally there's an excellent assortment of Parallax stuff hanging around in the new Micro Center store in Brooklyn NY.
Actually @erco I need to disagree. Them monk robes should be mandatory. At least for the Parallax Crew.
Was there once, in Rocklin. Had definitely fun. Will be there even not really needing a FPGA board...
Enjoy
Mike
I'd hate to see what the shipping charges would be for a POD! Two Quadrovers cost $450 to ship!
