Hi, I need an Auto Gain Control amplifier for my 40 kHz ultrasonic transducer, but I couldn't find any.

Does any body know such an IC device ? Part number of the IC and name of the company would be helpful.

Thank you

Google TVG amplifier. TVG stands for "time varying gain." An example would be the AD600 series.

Does anyone have a working circuit detailing the use of the TVG amplifier with an ultrasonic sensor?

    Thanks Phil.

I already search on google, but the problem is there is no AGC/TVC amplifier which has the appropriate frequency for my case 40kHz. Most of them are operating at frequency of MHz

The amp I referenced is spec'd for ultrasonic apps. If an amp operates in the MHz range, it will work at lower frequencies, unless it's AC-coupled internally.
