    Perhaps the first time I've said "no" since we actually do have some limits.

    Sorry! I'd be willing to find some donor bot parts for you but I won't ship a Scribbler to Oz in this case.

    Somebody from Parallax...

    Sounds as though Whiteoxe had a Godzilla moment...
    The Scribble was left out on the floor and someone just marched over it.

    Just about any robot won't stand up to such abuses. My condolences.

    It costs about $12 to send an 8 oz. padded envelope by First Class Mail to Australia. I guess an wheel and axle wouldn't weigh more than that. I'd probably try and find parts locally to repair it first.

    IIRC, the axle is the output shaft of the gear/motor assembly, so a whole new motor is needed. (Have not had my Blue open in a while)

    @whiteox

    Parallax is very generous in supporting their products but you are asking a bit much IMHO...

    whiteoxe: I'll trade you TWO nice working Scribblers for a nice working Homersapien. Yes, I'm serious! Plenty to be found in Oz, but shipping is always prohibitive, usually more that the robot. Can it really be that expensive?
