You could but why would you want to. Keep the controller board and use the stamp to control it with serial commands.

Your link is to a$ 50 software CD, no arm or controller included at that price, FYI.

I forgot about Hobby King when i thought my Scribbler was screwed :) I have taken it apart and realised after having a look at everything that super glue will probably work. I have to say Hobby king has some chassis including battery packs and motors are cheaper than at other online shops i will not mention. The units are exactly the same. Ill keep that site bookmarked for later !!!

We are not talking much difference in price and when i think about it the site i was going to swerve away from gives such good advice and instruction that i think they deserve a few extra dollars .

edit: my Uno R3 clone arrived today. Was only $14. Just thought id snap it up in case i make the next robot Arduino powered. I purchased a book C for beginners so as to understand the Arduino code. Maybe not needed but it wont hurt.

Super Glue is great except when you need a very strong joint.
Where the drive axle meets the drive wheel is a high stress area so you need to use epoxy or it will quickly break again.

OK Genetix, i bought super glue yesterday. it was making me nervous that the little tube was only 50 cents. i remember the Super Glue ads on TV from my childhood where a car was lifted off the ground using a drop of super glue , but i don't believe it :) Someone from this forum is coming around one day soon, i just pm'd him about also having a look at my wounded scribbler to get some advice. i might have a chance... or not of talking him into doing the job . my hands move just fine but they don't have a lot of feeling for fine jobs due to accident in vertebrae C3 TO C5 !!!!

ive woken at 3am, well its now saturday... ive been looking at stuff from The Robot Shop. This was fun watching ... http://www.lynxmotion.com/images/video/flv/brat01.flv

NEVER use cheap discount store superglue. Go to a proper hobby shop and buy name brand medium or thick gap-filling CA and also buy kicker/accelerator.

You can add baking soda into wet CA to make a strong fillet to repair.
