Ignored 37 bytes. Loading cmm/CXPEFI_140514.elf to EEPROM via hub memory

What does the thread title mean? What 37 bytes is it ignoring? What triggers this message? If I recompile without changing anything the message disappears. Is it just cleaning up excessive whitespace?
