My Triumph-owning friend sent me this, I liked the replacement wiring harness smoke powder (Lucas service part) at the bottom.
As well as the 3-position headlight switch: dim, flicker, and off.
I think most of these old jokes/complaints about Lucas electrics have been upgraded to today's jokes about Microsoft Windows.
