Haven't heard anything lately from these "Super modified servo" guys, but I just saw this vid showing their arm screwing a bolt in. Great accuracy (0.35 degree encoder resolution) and multiple wrist turns. Very nice, watch from ~3:20

Erco, are you aware about the uarm kickstarter project? Take a look at these pictures, it looks like a very well built arm.

We now know how many 'entities' it takes to screw-in a light bulb...
1 engineer to place the bulb in the robotic arm
+ 1 engineer to control the robotic arm's gripper
+ 1 robotic arm

Threading the bolt onto the nut is amazing repeatability!
