Can't get PropScope to work...at all

Hi all,

I recently purchased a PropScope and I've had no luck getting it to work at all with my computer. I have the Propeller Tool, PropScope software, and drivers installed. Every time I try to start the propscope program, I get the pop-up message I've attached. Can anyone point me to what I'm doing wrong?

EDIT: I should mention I'm running Windows 7 x64, on a laptop with an Intel i3 processor & 4GB RAM.

    Sorry, never seen this issue. Have you tried a different computer?

    Sounds like a dot net C# error

    Did you install the software prior to connecting the Prop Scope, or just connect it and let the drivers install on their own?

    OP has not signed in since 4-14-2014. Hopefully he got it sorted out with a call to product support @ Parallax.
