Spin2/PASM2 Language DEFINITION Talks

Since we're bantering about the future of Spin2 and PASM2, we need a place to keep all the collected suggestions, wisdom and off-topic remarks relating to the DEFINITION of the Language. After reading through a lot of the P2 BLOG trying to edit it, I've seen a lot of topics that were discussed, had a flurry of interest and then got buried as the thread moved along to other bright shiny issues. If we can collect the majority of the language definition thoughts and discussions here, it might be a great help in covering issues sensibly and not losing anything important in the weeds.

Topics such as:
What do we call the sections?
Do we carry forward DIRA/INA/OUTA even though they don't really exist on the P2?
Do we REALLY need Spin2 keywords for all 490+ PASM instructions?
Are there any important control structures that are missing from Spin?
(No, adding braces and semi-colons or making it RPN and stack oriented are not valid topics!)
