Interesting Robot Arm Kick Starter

Here's a kick starter for a small robot arm that can lift up to 12 oz:

Unlike the Lynxmotion inspired arms, it never lifts the servos. Instead mechanical linkages transfer the effort from servos in the base. It's not a bad idea, and reminds me of the carboard robot arm a few years back.
It's only a four axis arm because the mechanism keeps the end effort fixed in relation to the ground. It's not a bad idea and the only limitation is that you can't rotate an object about the X axis. I've found with my robot arms that rarely do that with pick and place projects anyway.
