I'd rather have a business card with a barcode that provides my name, contact info and such. IN that way, people might actually contact me because it is easy to transfer the info to their smartphone or computer.
These game cards might be very well received, but the recipient may enjoy the game and never call you.
One can waste huge amounts of money of advertising that doesn't get results. Buyer beware.
You would be surprised how many successful enterprises depend on just an Yellow Pages listing or a Craig List ad.
As a business card it's kind of a lost cause, yes.
As a game that can fit in your wallet, though...
(I play games on my 3DS on the bus to work... That 3DS is a big lump in my jacket... )
He needs to change the battery setup. A CR2016 is OK, but not to solder it in like that.
He needs to use two strips of metal that has both ends soldered to the PCB, not spot-welded to the battery, and just slide the battery in between them.
Or... There are rechargeable coin cells on the market, too...
