How to speed up a video clip along with the audio? I have a video clip that I want to speed up. I have tried using Windows Live Movie Maker but when I speed up the video clip, the audio automatically gets muted. Is there any programs that can speed up the video clip along with the audio in it?

Most high end video editing software will do this. What is your price range?

:) I would suggest looking into TOON BOOM software. It was made for animation, but may give you the advantage you need. In the range of $200. lots of features,
and video manipulation. This software was used to produce cartoons like Family Guy, and The Princess and the Frog. Good Luck! :)

If I remember correctly, the freeware VideoLAN player (www.vlc.org), when transcoding video files, allows playback speed to be adjusted, together with audio.

    It's actually http://www.videolan.org/

I don't know about trans-coding, but when you slow down playback in vlc the audio does stop playing at some point. It's very slow though, probably 1/16 or 1/32 of normal.

I'm really not expecting a reply from the OP. He, (or she), originally posted in the Penguin Resource sticky. I moved it hear expecting a spam to be added later.

    Definitely a spammer.
He/she has posted the same question as his/her first post on other forums today.
Obviously trying to build a 'legit user' profile before starting to spam.
(Many forums disallow links in the sig before a certain number of posts. Others require the first few posts to be moderated)

I moved this post here from Penguin Resource, so this is the only post this person has made.

I meant 'other forums' as in 'completely different sites/servers'
