Parallax Servo Controller USB (#28823) Rev B

Hello all. I have in my awesome parallax collection a bunch of PSC USB (#28823). I have searched the OBEX for a example code and can not find one. Does any one out there in Propeller land have an example code for the PSC?

    Here's what I came up with so far:

    This is spin code for the older model, but should work for the newer model as the commands should be backwards compatible:

    Well done, Jim! I've squirreled these away for future reference in my growing Parallax library for older products.

    As great as Parallax support is, they really need a online document warehouse for their discontinued products. The have wonderful documents and example code that shouldn't be hidden. Often someone runs across an old product or repurposes some discontinued item and may no longer have the documentation.....

    Currently, the only place to find this is Jim (and others) who happen to have kept things around.

    Do a search on the forum for 28330. Pretty much all code will work with the older controller through the serial port header.

    http://obex.parallax.com/object/445. I have tried to open this code from the object exchange, and got nothing but a bunch of jumbled words. I get this problem on some of the sample codes in the OBEX. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks Publison for the PSCI.zip file. But I am looking to connect my PSC to an additional propeller and control it from a single I/O pin.

    Five computers, two external drives, It's getting hard to search all of them. They are one three different floors right now. My old Prolient Server died 2 years ago, and I haven't replaced it yet.

    Searching is a pain on the network as I have a Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Windows 7 mix.

    Some day I'll get it all together.

    I see it opens in text mode. They need to fix that. I have attached the Spin file.
