As scientist, shouldn't they understand that simply by observing and interacting with such intelligent creatures, THEY are altering the behavior of the whales....which is an explicit violation of the law? Bad scientists!! Bad, bad conservationist!!

Activist groups or whatever will do whatever it takes to forward their agenda.
