House reduced for quick sale in northern Italy, quadrotor video tour attached. Nearby activities include farming/agro-tourism and rock climbing. Motivated seller.

Pretty much just looks like "house reduced" to me!

    "A handyman's dream"

I'd hate to have to write the disclosure statement on that contract.

Actually, it looks as though it missed the main house ... just barely and took out the horse barn. There is one boulder that appears to have been stopped short by a roadway that might need to be removed. But the rest can just be left as instant landscaping.

To move the boulder on the roadway, just dig a big hole on the uphill side and have it roll back into it. No need for explosives or trying to break it up. It will sit there and protect the dwelling for centuries to come.

Now that the hillside above has collapsed, the residence is likely safe for a few lifetimes. You just have to live with a 'shortened' horse barn, and constructing a new end wall.

Does this mean you are going to make them an offer they can't refuse?
