I'm making room for more of the stuff I actually need... I have abour a dozen of these logic boards, each includes 2x TIL311 or equivalent hex displays with integral decoder drivers, a 74ls174 and a 7406, some LEDs and pushbuttons and toggle switch, a sip resistor, etc.

Anyone want?

This is one of MANY *MANY* >>>>MANY<<<< electronics things I have that I will never use, but I can't bring myself to throw away. I have a box full of TIL311 displays, new, unused. I'll never use them - but I'll never part with them! These, however... $20 plus postage gets all 10 of them (I've counted them now...)

Interested? Paypal when I have postage figured... I'm guessing something in the $10.00 range to OH.

    Hello!
I am interested in them. I'm also interested in everything you're planning on releasing from your storage space(s). Here's a point of (extremely strange) trivia, the TIL311 display presents its information in HEX format, the designated replacement device for that is the HDSP-0762.

(That one from Avagotech presents itself as a unique device. It can be ordered in several styles, but the HEX one is perfect because of what I do here.)

    Hi Buck,

I will be having a very large array of stuff leaving my shelves. I've finally come to the realization that I need to keep only the stuff I'm a) actually going to use in projects, or b) those VERY few things that got me to where I am, that I love, and want to be able to nostalgically play with on occasion (aka, TIL311, etc).

Most of it will be going to the MIT Flea Market in April (Cambridge, MA, USA). I'm going to take out a space for 20 bucks and basically give most of it away. It's all good stuff, but stuff I'll never use, but can't bring myself to just trash. I know someone out there will get some use out of it.

A lot of the stuff is one-off, so I can't take the time to post about it here. I'm posting the 68000 chips, and the TIL311 boards because there are a quantity of these things. If you're looking for a specific vintage thing, or genre of vintage thing, let me know. I have 14 Rubbermaid containers full of stuff so far...

I'm looking for old logic parts (gates, memories, etc..), to experiment and learn with. Let me know if you have anything that could help.

    Hello!
Yes the TIL311s and those boards they are on. In the M68K thread you mentioned those and some Z80 boards. Have the M68K and the Z80 boards been posted or arrangements to post to the chap over in Scandinavia?

Basically I'm trying to find the entire series of TI TTL logic that was made during the late 60s and during the 70s. The SN7423 or SN5423 for example. And others like it.

TI was playing a rather strange game of cat and mouse concerning that part number. First they say its available, then they insist it was discontinued.

That's the issue in a nutshell.

If you want know further I can provide a complete listing of the part numbers, but especially that number.

I don't want the M68K parts, I responded to the original thread there, because I suspected that there might be other issues concerning the parts. Its the Z80 boards I'm interested in.

Drop me a PM concerning the entire listing of logic numbers, and anything else you believe I'm interested in. Or I'll provide the list and we can discuss terms.
