Memsic 2125 Dual-axis Accelerometer

Dear everyone,

For my studies, I chose to work on RC helicopter's autopilot. I realized that Memsic 2125 Dual-axis Accelerometer is very famous in this area. Unfortunately, except the datasheet (http://www.ee.ryerson.ca/~jkoch/courses/ele744/Data/28017-Memsic2Axis-v2.0.pdf) I found few documents which explain how it's works.
have you more documents which can help me in my project?

I work on some issues as :
_ responce time of the sensor after a tilt during a flight
_ obtaining the temperature law (Navier Stokes equations, Solidworks with flow simulation)
