The dual axis tracker horizontal wighs 500kg and vertical axis weighs 300kg . I dont no how to measure the torque.

You need to get a spring scale with a hook on in and pull on the lever arm or point on the panels where you expect to attach the lever arm. Read the kilograms or pounds and what what it says when it begins to move. That would be the absolute minimum for to get the panel to move.
Right bearings and good balance will allow you to use a smaller motor.
