I'd love to have a Propeller Expo this year, but I really want to have a more complete Propeller 2 core and final release from Chip. While I know we'll have this shortly (Chip was in Parallax today) I'd only schedule a Propeller Expo after he provided me with this final demonstration of the finished core.
What's your thought, exactly? You have something neat to share?
Last year I drove down with my DE2 and it was very good to interact with people and explain and show what the P2 was going to be capable of.
That old core has nothing on this one.
Would be great to repeat that experience. I'm up for a conference either way. Perhaps this core won't take very long to complete.
I get a lot out of catching up with everybody, looking at projects, etc...
I did miss the all night Jam sessions we used to have... I know those are hard on everybody, but they are a great experience. P1, proto-P2 would not matter at all.

As a side note, if there are any related manufacturing businesses nearby it would be really cool to have a tour of their facilities.

The conference can be later in the year I suppose. It could be late summer.
