A lot of the links are broken...
for instance:
http://www.squarebox.co.uk/cgi-squarebox/manServer/usr/share/man/man3/assert.3
is their somewhere i can just download the reference and use docfetcher to index it on my local computer.
So much better then only having access to the reference api when I have internet, and none of the links are broken.
Docfetcher == amazing btw...

Is their anywhere I can download a copy of the Propeller C Documentation.
I already know C... I just want something that covers the props apis, that I can store locally on my laptop/desktop wherever and access if their isn't internet available at my location.
If not Ill just run my little sight crawler on https://sites.google.com/site/propellergcc/documentation/libraries once a month.
All the libraries listed there are standard. I'll connect them to manpagez.com or linux.die.net.
Meanwhile, you can look at the Simple Library documentation in the SimpleIDE help or here:
https://propsideworkspace.googlecode.com/hg/Learn/Simple Libraries Index.html
The standard library links now point to the cplusplus.com reference.
Site cplusplus.com does have a content related banner ads, but the content is worth the minor annoyance. This is not an endorsement of their ads, just the content.
That helps greatly.
