Hi,

Can P8X32A can be used with Ethernet controller for making live video streaming of mp4 or 3gpp on ethernet to be displayed on a tv with input of NTSC or PAL format?
Do we require I2C protocol for communication between P8X32A and Ethernet controller or can it de done using SPI?
Our NTSC or PAL format has rate of 24 to 30 fps.

    Not without several helper ICs...
For that kind of application, you'd be much better off with something like Raspberry Pi...

While the Propeller 1 can generate video, it has significant limitations which prevent it from being used as a general purpose video generator. In addition, it does not have an FPU or even a hardware multiply which is necessary to decompress MP4 / 3GPP.

Can i use Propeller 2 in that case? And does they require Ethernet stack for downloading incoming data? And what is the maximn specifications of video that can be handled using propeller 1 and propeller 2?

What would be the ics in case? I thougt of a Video Encoder at output and a ethernet controller to download video at input would be suffice.
