Found this video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=K88HFdTNa8U Looks extremly realistic, just camera zoom precision and panning set some questions... what do you think?

I'm going to get sceptical about Grasshopper now
This was from last night and my crater landing .. IIRC , Apollo 11 had to avoid a crater too .
I had to Really use some serious RCS to Slip just in to the right place ...
I have a new craft I am gonna bolierplate test tonight to Mun . Its called the A1G Hex Drop Long ( Its got some extra Omph for the first 4KM up and the TLI stage is longer so I have extra gas to do my tests with) .
Ill send a Prime test crew up on sunday once the Mun has a better alignment .. and do a Apollo 8 once around .
Interesting that space explosions always seem to leave a debris field close by, I think in reality those bits and pieces would be on their way somewhere else - at a rapid pace.
Nice! That is a serious amount of fuel. I lost my advanced stability control because I jettisoned it on the wrong side of a decoupler stage. Can your lander get back to Kerbin?
Sweet! I used to play this other space sim, it was really good but I wanted to learn about orbits, etc and the learning curve was wicked steep. When this came out I tried the demo and I was doing all kinds of stuff. Plus, the poor Kerbals *sometimes* I want to get them home. I should re-install it but some bugs were kind of discouraging. Guess I could always use the plethora of DLC they have now.
This is as far as I made it, other than the Mun "landing". It's a little discouraging to have to get something in orbit to test it in space. I's also like it if the Kerbals could manipulate stuff while EVA, so you can build in space.

Here's a realistic and free Apollo lander program, Eagle lander with very realistic lunar mapping data. http://eaglelander3d.com
The thing about Kerbal is you get to build what you put into orbit. I don't think any of the sims are like that.
