CAD (eagle) files for single sided DIP board?

Hey All,

I was hoping that someone might have a simple DIP prop board, single sided, for a CAD like Eagle. I make my own boards and am hoping not to have to re-invent the wheel/ I looked around and found some ExpressPCB double sided files, but that was all.

It was designed with Pulsonix, but you don't need it if you are just going to make your own board.

This is a diptrace file of a board I just made for a dip prop. It was designed to be used with sockets for the chips.
This allows the chip to be above the smd resisters and caps on same side of board.

While it looks good, I can't do two sided boards. At least not yet. What I'd really love is something like the QFN package protoboard but with a DIP part.

I may be confused on terms. It is single sided as in all the components go on one side, but it
is two layered (two planes of traces).

Single-sided means that all the tracks are on one side.

Depends.

I call your description a single sided assembly.
