Convert 125KHz reader to 13.56MHz

Hi guys, I've bought a couple of these for a door entry system. I've programmed it and it is all working well, but now we will be changing to 13.56MHz tags.

I am wondering if its possible to cut the traces and add on a 13.56MHz antenna? Will it still work correctly or are the protocols different?

A lot more is involved than simply changing the antenna!

The protocols are different, the components used are mostly different, the circuit used is somewhat different. You'll need a completely different RFID reader from another vendor since Parallax only has a 125KHz reader. Sorry.
