Error about Propeller Tool v1.3.2

When I began to learn to code Spin program with Propeller Tool v1.3.2 , I notice a error always happen:

    Yea, This happens to me quite frequently. Usually if I press OK a few times it asks if I want to restart the application and I do and it goes right back where I was.

    Haha. After viewing the first picture, I automatically clicked on Ok instead of Close.
