Any super easy to use application for 3D modelling?

Even AutoCAD 123 is considered too difficult for the my target audience. Maybe something like users of Paint to draw on an image & an application converts it into 3D with depth adjustments?

123D Beta and Sketchup both do 3D.

I saw/tested an open source app similar to Mudbox and zbrush about a year ago. I can't for the life of me remember the name though. Might be for linux only. I'll dig around to see what I can find. Super easy to manipulate.

You might try the terms in a search engine to see what pops up.

I find Alibre pretty easy but it is not free.

You can try Rhino for free:

It's fully funcitonal, but you're limited to 25 saves and no clipboard copies.

The infinite-save version is not free, but I've gladly purchased it, along with two upgrades, and found it to be very intuitive and easy to use. It's my go-to program for 3D CAD.

    Thanks All.

Saw "Sketchup" also mentioned in another thread. Seems good but too extensive & not free. Basically, I'm looking to see if I'm able to provide an easy extension of allowing end users to add a little customization to an image of my product & if applicable, incorporate their design to the final 3D print of their order. Sounds easy enough but reality is far from it......

I personally am using Rhino3D for all my designing needs too.

Wings3D is free and seems pretty simple. I've created a couple components for my DipTrace projects with it. I'm ultimately wanting to learn Blender as it has artistic attributes that I desire to know about in the other areas of my creative life.

Just saw this. http://cubify.com/ don't know if it meets your needs. Video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3nBb6slSTc

Autocad 123d looks promising, but the lack of ANY downloadable documentation is frustrating a lot of would be users. Autocad seems to be going out of their way to hide any info about usage restrictions such as being online or not with the release version. It was required with the beta version. Would love to try it, but without terms of usage and documentation I won't.

Thanks All. Downloaded Wings3D, looks simple but couldn't perform any additions of shapes though,..

The cubify draw apps looks very interesting & easy enough for my potential users. I'll have to try later.

    Thanks.
