PCB drills, small endmills, lots of fun stuff...
As long as it's listed as 1/8" or .125" shank, it fits the Dremel.
Searching for "rotary tools" on Amazon brings up quite a few accessories:

My local Home Depot (Orchard Supply Hardware, also!) has a rack full of genuine Dremel accessories. Prices are higher than what you find on the internet, but having local access is always a factor!
