Basic Stamp 1 Program - RFID.BS1 TAG Reader/Simple Security System

I have been trying to find this program in the archives and am unable. I have a hard copy from the Parallax RFID Card Reader spec sheet but cannot find it where I can cut and paste into the editor.

    You didn't say which RFID Reader you have. Here some code for the Part# 28140:

    I found that one but it looks to me like it is missing some code as there is no lookup table. Am I right? It looks like a read tag program.
