Controlling the Phillips Hue Bulb with a Propeller over ZigBeeHA?

I would like to use Digi's xBeePro ZB controlled by a prop to talk directly to a Hue color bulb. Has anyone done this or seen a SPIN library?
I'm putting the finishing touches on a C# app that communicates with the Hue bulb using Digi's xBeePro ZB and our next step is drive the xBee with a propeller. Before I get too far down that road I wanted to check and see if anything exists. I cant find anything in the OBEX or in this forum. I saw a few conversations in regards to ZigBee Home Automation and the xBee but I don't think anyone has gone as far as communicating to the bulb directly.
I know Phillips has an IP connected hub you can use to communicate with the bulb, this is not the route i want to go. I want to keep my communications over ZigBee (directly to the bulb) simple to setup and use.
