What's up with Yahoo Groups?

I recently tried some of my Yahoo Group sites...what the heck happened?

Right now they are unuseable.

    I would say ask Yahoo.

    I guess the problem is nobody uses Yahoo Groups. I have not even seen a Yahoo page since last the century.

    LOL...you obviously have never asked Yahoo, Google, etc. anything.

    They all are one big black hole...questions go in, nothing comes out.

    That would be unfortunate.

    Many legacy groups such as Yahoo have a wealth of info and to lose that knowledge would be a shame.

    After posting my question I did some Googling.

    Apparently Yahoo rolled out NEO...and LOTS and LOTS of users are complaining.

    In my case, I was trying to access Yahoo Groups via dialup at the cabin...it simply doesn't work.

    Using broadband, it "works" better...LOL..if you can call it that...still can't access many of the older features like a simple search.

    They really hosed them up. One of those change for changes sake things.

    If you google "Yahoo NEO roll out", it looks like there's a LOT of unhappy users.

    Yeah, eBay does this all the time too, very annoying.
