Parallax Semiconductor support

As per mention at http://www.parallaxsemiconductor.com/support/goldstandard I sent an email to goldobjects@parallaxsemiconductor.com on 9/21. It bounced back the next day as "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." I tried again and got the same bounce-back message the next day. I sent the bounce-back email to support@parallaxsemiconductor.com on 9/26 asking what the problem was. Hearing nothing, I emailed support@parallaxsemiconductor.com again on 9/30 asking if anyone is monitoring that email address. I've heard nothing, so now am trying to make contact here in the forums. What is going on?

We recently switched our corporate e-mail accounts over to gmail services and a few e-mail addresses seem to have been left behind by our crew - a mistake we should've known better than to repeat again. Often we have created e-mail addresses and our management of them has been quite poor when we set up new e-mail services.

I will see that these two addresses are repaired in the early morning.

In the meantime, I can get you to the right place. Please send your message to kgracey@parallaxsemiconductor.com and I'll get it to our internal tool library curators (or wherever it needs to go). If you need any kind of special FAE support please include relevant information for that too.

I forwarded the original email I sent to GoldObjects (that got bounced back to me) to Ken. Thanks for comments and help.
