It is cool, but I don't think I'll be giving up my Saleae Logic Analyzer or Tek Desktop Scope anytime soon, not to mention my Fluke Multimeter. :innocent:

Well, I'll admit that with only 8 inputs, it's a bit lacking compared to my HP Agilent 16702A with 96+6 inputs...
(Only has one card in it, yet... )
On the other hand, trying to stuff that in my pocket will probably cause severe injury...

On occasion I've let the magic smoke out of test equipment, I'd hate to do that with something attached to my wrist...

Imagine the mess when you accidentally move your hand too far and rip out all the leads attached to your latest breadboard creation...

You have a point...having that stuff all locked to your arm, which you're usually in need of can be cumbersome too.

There's something strange on the strap on my watch. Looks almost like a belt buckle... It once came undone, and the durn thing fell to the floor...

Your latest creation could be just one big sneeze away from disaster!

It may be a neat idea but a smartphone dongle+app is a superior approach, all the display
    and UI is there already.

[Wrist watches are a doomed form-factor IMO, gave up wearing mine when the strap broke,
smartphone does the job better (knows about DST, multiple alarms, keeps better time...)]

Can't have it both ways - bulky and fiddly!
