That manual came as a PDF with V1.3 of the propeller software. I can email it to you if that is ok with the folks at Parallax

You can actually download it directly from Parallax.

I don't think there was ever a printed version, though I could be wrong. You can still get a printed v1.1 with the purchase of a demo board, maybe only till they're gone though.

You could probably take the pdf somewhere and have it duplex printed (both sides of the paper) and put in a binder for not too much money, if you really need a printed version.

Thanks for the help, but I'll buy the v1.1 from digikey and use the online additions as references. I like the printed books better.

Kinko's? You might take the .pdf to a copy center and ask them to print it out entirely and bind.

I printed out ver 1.01, 1 in color and thenhad 3 copies printed and bound along with the original color copy... then distributed to friends. Sometimes, I just learn better with a printed book... but slowly I am getting used to .pdf files as study material.

At the office we have Multifunction printers with 'leaflet' and stapling...
4 pages to a sheet (2 on each side) fold in the middle and stack 16 sheets to staple = 64 pages in each leaflet.

The trick is to use ALL the MFPs on the same floor at the same time...
64 pages to number one, the next 64 pages to the second and so on...

I always use 4pages/sheet when printing manuals.
(Got quite a large stack of Cisco, HP, Axis, and other 'expensive brand' manuals printed and laying about t the office.)
I've printed so many work-realted manuals that people just see '2 pages on each side' and think, 'oh him again. I'll just use another printer... in another building...' They never even look at the contents any more...
I try not to exploit it...
