Help w/ Small project - $$

Hello - I am looking to find someone who can help with the design and code of a project I'm working on. This is a very small scale project that someone can probably code out very fast. This is for a non -profit animal rescue. We have very little funds but can pay something for your time. We are looking to purchase some very low cost flow sensors (like $5 on ebay) and connect them into a valve manifold. These would connect to a stamp that would ideally light up indicators for flow on each port, or at a min short a pair to trip an alarm alert.
