Parallax site lists 13+ Propeller boards. Here is table of differences (draft)

I looked at http://www.parallax.com/catalog/microcontrollers/propeller/boards and was overwhelmed. For example, what is difference between Propeller Project Board and the Propeller Proto Board?

I spent the last couple hours writing up a table of the facts, added some opinion and posted the draft here for all to see and edit. Please add thoughts, correct errors and fill in holes (yellow). I'm especially interested in thoughts on my subjective fields of notes, general purpose and category

Maybe after it is cleaned up it could be the basis for the Plax site to have a sister page to the product list, similar to http://classic.parallax.com/BASICStampComparison/tabid/436/Default.aspx but with a "Where to get started" note.

My slant is to clarify for a visitor to the Plax site, so non-Plax boards aren't included. I tried to put that out in the thread title, but maybe I should add "only" in there.

My second goal is to give some (subjective) guidance to a potential customer that has landed on the Plax/Prop/BoardList page and is overwhelmed. I realized that when I told people to check out the Prop they would come back and ask which board is for their purpose. Then I was confused myself on Prop Proto/Project boards

To bring data together, other lists might be able to query for manufacturer = Plax and send result to me (or vice-versa)

Hi John,

maybe you can add the Propeller Education Kits (DIP40 and USB)
Those are not really Boards (only Breadbord) with quit some Conmponents for education and fancy Ideas.

Below are 3 Parallax Propeller Boards not on your list:

Propeller Servo Controller USB
Spinneret Web Server
Eddie Control Board with Power Connector

Also your list includes the "C3 Synapse" add-on board for the "Propeller C3" board,
but, is missing the following two add-on boards for the "QuickStart" board:

Human Interface Board for QuickStart
WIZnet Ethernet Board for Quickstart

Nice job John, One thing with this sort of table it's handy when scrolling down the sheet to keep the headings static so you know what column is appertaining to what item.

If you go to View in the menu then Freeze then Freeze 8 rows this will lock the headings allowing for the rest of the sheet to be scrolled, it just makes it more readable.
