Tiny Wanderer: Pass

Sorry to say, I don't "get" this bot. It's even on sale and I'll pass. A BoeBot, an S2, or even a classic blue Scribbler has more potential and looks nicer too IMO.

Is it just me, or does your spider sense starts tingling when you see "be the first to write a review"?

EJ's "Tiny Dancer"? Two thumbs up. "Tiny Wanderer"? Meh.

Seems like a lot of money for not much robot. The line following on the big loops wasn't that great unless it's due only to the sensor placement.

Oops! Don't want this to sound like a review!

But look at all the parts you get. It's only $1.10 per part when not on sale! What a deal!

And here's a robot contest I'll pass on. $245-395 entry fee. Are you kidding me?

If you act fast and exhibit your robot, you can buy the Tiny Wanderer and enter it for just $361 total...

I think they're using a skate wheel as a caster which strikes me as overkill. I'm also not a fan of acrylic as a building material because people generally use the cheaper grade which doesn't hold up well.
