I'm not worthy (Well done Robot Arm)
Here's a robot arm made out of aluminum using a hacksaw and file:
What I like about his design is that he's not directly coupling the servo spline to the joint. Instead he's using linkages to do that. It probably increases mechanical advantage and decreases some of the servo twitch. The machining on his gripper must be pretty good to pick up and hold a coin like that.
