hi i bought this text to speech Winbond WTS701EF/T and i was received these two products. I have read the data sheet http://www.textspeak.com/documents/tts_06_module.pdf and it talks more on the Winbond WTS701EF/T. But i wants to find more on the ones on the red chip.

    Can't help you. You'll have to look for some kind of identification on the red board and try to find documentation on the internet. The photo doesn't show enough to even try to guess.

    Your green board is the text to speech module with the adapter underneath. The adapter has a DB-9 jack and you should be able to connect your BS2pe to it as shown in the SERIN and SEROUT chapters of the Basic Stamp Syntax and Reference Manual. This information is also in the Stamp Editor help files.

    The red board looks to be a TTL to RS232 converter board.

    And I think the board under the Text To Speech board is a RS232 to TTL converter. I bet both converter boards could be done away with and the Stamp could communicate directly to the TTS board by sending commands through the RX pin on J2.

    Could you indicate where you bought these devices?

    That might create a hint to get information.
