Looking to Contract Someone to Design "Two" Types of Controllers and write code!

I am currently in need of someone who can design (but not build) a controller to function to specs. This controller needs to control "two" (or more) 12-24vdc motors (with 5v input/outputs), read several temp and fan speed sensors (roughly 10k - 50k)...along with a few other types of sensors and relays as well. This controller will also need to interface with a LCD screen (either "touch screen" or with "Select-Buttons" or "Joystick"). Ultimately, I need a schematic of a circuit drawn out to be very easily understood by someone who doesn't know much about electronics! In other words, "part identification" and "part orientation" needs to be specified in the drawings.This project is not for the novice, and is only for someone who is more than capable of efficiently completing this type of work. I will also need a solid-state 12-24vdc motor controller (capable of handling 1/3hp max) designed as well...and each of these needs to be designed to the highest standards (and components chosen to allow the finished products to fit in the smallest package possible). Once designed, code needs to be written based on certain requirements for the device to function correctly, and those requirements will be disclosed upon request.
