A question about the TSL1401 line scanner

A while back I started a project http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php/120903-Stereo-TSL1401 mounting two TSL1401s on a perf board, hooked up to two prop modules that I had cut from the center of two proto boards, and I added a laser line, just to see what kind of data I could get back.
The data was spectacular... then I found another project... can't remember which one, and my laser aided, stereo camera started gathering dust. Recently there has been
a discussion about image processing and stereo imaging here. And after writing a comment to one of the threads, it occurred to me that a nearly complete solution was sitting on my shelf.

I hate it, because it is so ugly... It has hidden globs of wire, that I wouldn't show to my dogs.
The biggest problem was that I didn't have the right connectors and the mounting was less that CNC accurate.

I now have a CNC:) And the connectors are now readily available.

And my question is this... is it possible to get two or three of the TSL1401 boards before they have been surgically detached from each other?
