Question: How to protect RFID tags being written by unauthorized RFID Reader/Writer ?

Is there a way to secure that RFID Tags can be only written by your own RFID Reader/Writer? Is there a pairing feature of tags to reader/writer modules? the Products are http://www.parallax.com/Store/Accessories/CommunicationRF/tabid/161/List/0/ProductID/688/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName%2cProductName and http://www.parallax.com/Store/Accessories/CommunicationRF/tabid/161/ProductID/689/List/0/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName. For example: 20 specific tags can only be written and read by 2 Reader/Writer Modules. Is it possible? please help me out here coz this is for my thesis project.
