I know what you mean. Some of my non-technical friends are nonetheless total technophiles and make fun of me because I don't even own a smartphone. They don't understand that when you work with technology on a daily basis, the infatuation phase has long passed. I'd rather work the NY Times crossword while waiting in line for the ferry than play Angry Birds.
