Said he would sell me one for $500. I don't really have $500 to spend on something like that but I feel like if it doesn't work out I could easily resell it for $500. Was pulled from a working environment and in really nice shape. Seems like they sell for around $10k to $20k with a controller.

I can't find any info online, thanks for any advice!

Yes but that shouldn't stop you. If you can't get it working and can't resell it you can make a really cool lamp out of it.

Thanks guys. If I can get the pinouts from Bosch I'll probably pick one up, if not I already have too many things that haven't been hooked up yet to deal with

Note how big the Bosch controller is compared to this robot. Perhaps no mean feat to whip one up from scratch.

Those auctions expired but I did some digging and point taken, the controllers look pretty intense.

I've never had a robot arm before, and the plastic ones are like half this cost. I'm going to wait to see what Bosch says, this thing would look cool on my desk with some kind of gripper. The next Part Flipper!
