wii nunchuck and bs2 SX controlling basic servos (5)

i got lost in all the threads and have to simply ask: anyone tried using the bs2SX with a wii nunchuck to control any standard robot servos? Or do i need to go to a propeller? it has been a couple years (ok, 6) since last programmed with basic stamp. I plan on using the nunchuck to operate a three fingered robot hand. i want to extend the hand out several inches and then rotate wrist (if neccessary) bend the wrist and close fingers. Any (uefull) ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance.
