Newbie to the forums.. is there an area for scribbler 2 users?

Hello all...

Just got my son a scribbler 2. Have been flashing it repeatedly with new program revisions for the past 2 days. We are having great fun with it!.

We are developing a few questions as we putter along.... and I wanted to know if there was corner of the internet where S2 users hung out.

<edited> I guess I should add... that for the moment we are using the GUI programmer.... I want to get him good and hooked before we try propeller, p_basic, "C", or what else is available for programming. <edited>

Welcome to the forum.

I think the main S2 hang out is the Robotics Forum.

I've listed some Scribbler 2 links in post #12 of my index.

I added an ultrasound sensor to my S2. Here's the thread showing the results.

One (of many) nice things about the GUI, is it generates Spin code as output. This can make the transition from using the GUI to using Spin to program the S2 easier.

While I prefer using Spin over the GUI for programming, I still use the GUI occasionally to generate sounds for the S2 (and other robots).

I'm a big fan of the S2 myself. It will be good to have another S2 roboteer in the forums.
