I'm afraid that information is proprietary and would give my competitors an unfair advantage if I revealed my sources and methods. Sorry. You'll just have to do the months of footwork that I went through to determine the exact specs you need and to find a reliable supplier.
Is this some type of sarcasm?, the details you ask are a little weird.
If it's 10K and the tolerance is 5%, I'm OK with that as 9k to 11k will work just fine to.
I could not see why an exact 10k resistor in a circuit could ever be needed.
But for example
10ohm, they come in 1% tolerance and if 10ohm is ok then 9.9 to 10.1 should probably be fine to.
I never measure them unless I'm not sure what bag they come out of. on 0805 I look on the top to see the value xxy =value+0's
FWIW...your response (and thanks for responding) is a good one if the question had been a serious one.
I would add that if any one has any older carbon resistors, you really should give them to someone you really do not like. (They drift like crazy over time due to moisture intrusion.)

I always measure them, easier as squinting at those color stripes. Just to be sure.
Because the first set I got from Parallax in the PE-Kit - they tend to move from bin to bin by themselves.
I wondered about the tolerances, but by now all seem 'near enough' to me.
Immediate resupply when needed was possible to RS but quite expensive (5 for $1.50?) but - just 10 miles away...
It is a small town indy RS. One guy selling phones. So is not stacking all RS stuff. Yet the need stuff was always there!
Even some switches, needed single LED, Banana plugs, things like that.
I like those lure-boxes for fishing. Got one BIG one from Walmart.
Has 4 sliding boxes (same as PE-Kit) and a couple of bigger bins to store small soldering iron, usb-scope, el al.
Sort of traveling parts box. Will get another one.
Good for storing PIRs, PINGs, PropPlugs, header, and other not so small items, but as mentioned above those adjustable bins
are no good for small parts, they tend to move under the adjustable sliders and 'resort' themselves.
For my next resupply I look for some stuff at jameico? two ready sorted and labeled assortments of resistors and capacitors in stackable boxes
for about $100 I will have a lifetime supply I guess.
I still stay away from smd parts, I barely can solder thru hole - my hands are shaking to much.
Self-editing is a good thing when done in moderation! At least you didn't <bleep> yourself!
Bleeping Beeping Beeps
I just have to insert something here ... The other day we had some weather moving through, and the warnings kept "beeping" on the TV. To my surprise my oldest daughter says ..."Daddy, they must be saying a lot of bad words" ... innocence is bliss :-)

Just letting off some steam. Sorry for any confusion. Editing now.

That covers the OP questions I guess...
Enjoy!

This appears to me to be a case of unnecessary editing.
Thin ice, erco. Thin ice, dude.

@ElectricEye: Whit is right!! I always wondered about Sesame Street and its messages!
So what's worse, Whit: censorship or sinnership?
