Seeee Studio Shields

My sweet wife was trying to surprise me - and picked up a Seeeed Studio XBEE shield and Touch Shield - they were next to the Parallax products at the Shack. Do any of the Propeller add ons (shields) make the use of these practical?

Sweet lady, she DID surprise you! Prop potential... probably! Of course, there's nothing wrong with getting an Arduino for $20 and seeing what all the fuss is about. I hooked one up just to say I tried it. That way when I wrote my SERVO article on the RoboVoice chip, I could include code for Stamp, PicAxe & Arduino. Something for everyone. No big deal. I'm still here!

    BTW, a BS2 runs circles around an Arduino :) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5GMOAIQbJ4

@erco - LOL! I just can't bring myself to buy an Ard***o! I know I can set this up via breadboard - I just did not know whether any of OBC's or Gadget Gangsters boards might allow a direct plug in use...

Still - having a wife that is looking to spoil you is pretty good - eh?

Martin Hodges Propeller ASC should be compatible.

Ha! Thanks Martin - I will check this out - I thought I remembered seeing something like this - just never had the need - looks pretty cool. Are many of y'all using these?

I have one that Martin donated for my Arduino library port to Propeller gcc. It's a nice board and I'm sure I'll find many uses for it.
