Qfn tqfp

i want to deisgn 100pin & 44 pin qfn tqfp on perfboard. unfortunately only qfn & tqfp available
1) whether i buy socket
2) or solder on perfboard. some tips pls give, which watt solder iron

3) which is best for prototype qfn or tqfp

4) easy way to do it pls reply urgently

    Soldering a qfn or tqfp package to a perf board is nearly impossible, and using a socket does not help. What you need is an adapter board that you can solder the chip (or socket) to, that then brings traces from the chip leads out to 0.1 inch spaced pins.     For soldering use a temperature controlled soldering station with a 25 to 35W iron and two or three tips of various shapes. I use a Hakko FX-888 with a fine spade tip for qfn and qfp parts. I find qfp parts a little easier to work with when hand soldering. For a reflow oven they are about the same.
