Spinneret J1 Mating Connector?

The Spinneret's J1, the 12 position connector, is a Hirose Electric H10172-ND - All the mating connectors I see for that are either through-hole or SMT - does anyone know of a cabled version of that connector? I'd rather not either have to make a PC Board for it, or worse yet, solder wires to the tabs... I need this to look clean. Just wondering if anyone has found a wired version of the connector.

If you want to make your own cable assembly, the DigiKey part number for the plug housing is: H2917-ND. The socket housing is: H2024-ND. DigiKey also sells pre-crimped wire assemblies for these housings. You can order them here:

If you prefer to have one end of the cable just be wire, rather than a crimp, it's usually cheaper to order a double-long double-ended wire assembly and cut it in half thant to order a single-ended wire assembly.
