Unable to download PropScope Manual from help tab.

I tried to download the Prop Manual.pdf from the help tab and got a
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
I cleared the history and cookies as Google Chrome suggested but still got the message. Suggest someone looks at that. I was able to download the manual from micro machine shop website.
